Travel Information
Know before you go
Passports, visas, customs, security, kids, pets, and medical — everything you need to fly confidently on Palvoryn.
Passports & Visas
A valid passport is required for all international travel. Most countries require your passport to be valid at least 6 months past your return date. Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination — check with the embassy or consulate of your destination country. REAL ID is required for domestic US flights effective May 7, 2025.
Customs & Immigration
All passengers arriving in the US must complete a customs declaration (electronic via CBP One app or paper form distributed onboard). Duty-free exemptions are $800 per person for US residents returning from abroad. Prohibited agricultural items are strictly enforced.
Security Screening
Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights, 3 hours for international. TSA PreCheck and Global Entry expedite security. Liquids must be 3.4 oz (100 mL) or less in a 1-quart clear bag. Laptops and large electronics must be removed from bags at standard screening.
Traveling with Children
Children under 2 may travel as lap infants on domestic flights (no charge) or in a purchased seat with an FAA-approved car seat. Children 2-11 pay full fare but may qualify for family seating. Unaccompanied minors aged 5-14 are accepted with our UM service ($150 each way, domestic only).
Traveling with Pets
Small dogs and cats may travel in-cabin in an airline-approved carrier ($125 each way, domestic; $200 international). Max combined pet + carrier weight: 20 lbs. Pets in cargo available for larger animals on select routes — book through reservations at +1 (303) 555-0100 at least 72 hours in advance.

Passengers requiring supplemental oxygen, CPAP, or other medical devices should notify us at least 48 hours before departure. All Palvoryn aircraft carry AEDs and enhanced medical kits. If you have a communicable disease, please contact our medical desk before travel.
