How do I change or cancel my flight?
Sign in at palvoryn.com or use the app, go to Manage Booking, and select Change or Cancel. Main Cabin and above have no change fees — just fare differences. Economy Basic is non-changeable and non-refundable. All bookings made 7+ days before departure can be canceled free within 24 hours of booking.
How do I check in?
Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure at palvoryn.com/check-in or in the Palvoryn app. You can also use airport kiosks starting 3 hours before departure, or visit a ticket counter.
What's included in my fare?
Economy Basic includes a personal item, Signature mile earning, and in-flight entertainment. Main Cabin adds a carry-on bag, seat selection, and no change fees. How much does a checked bag cost?

My bag is delayed. What do I do?
File a claim at the Palvoryn Baggage Service desk at the airport or online with your bag tag number within 24 hours. Call +1 (303) 555-0120 or email [email protected]. We locate 97% of delayed bags within 24 hours.
How do I earn Signature miles?
Miles are earned on every Palvoryn flight, every partner airline flight, every co-branded credit card purchase, and through hotel, car, and retail partners. Base earning is 5 miles per dollar spent on Palvoryn flights. Elite members earn a 25–125% bonus. Miles never expire with any activity in 18 months.
Can I bring my pet?
Small dogs and cats in an airline-approved carrier can travel in-cabin ($125 domestic, $200 international). Max combined weight 20 lbs. Larger pets travel in our climate-controlled cargo hold on select routes — book at least 72 hours in advance through reservations.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary basic Wi-Fi on all domestic flights. Premium high-speed Wi-Fi ($8/flight domestic, $12 international) supports streaming. Signature Gold and above get free premium Wi-Fi on every flight.
