Palvoryn Airlines is committed to ensuring that our website, mobile app, airport facilities, and onboard experience are accessible to all travelers, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and comply fully with the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA).

Digital Accessibility

palvoryn.com and the Palvoryn mobile app are designed to work with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), voice recognition software, keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 200%. We conduct automated and manual accessibility audits quarterly and remediate issues on a continuous basis.

Airport & Onboard

Wheelchair assistance is complimentary at every airport we serve. Braille safety cards are on every aircraft. Closed-captioned entertainment is standard. Service animals are welcome in the cabin at no charge. Complaint Resolution Officers (CROs) are available at every hub airport during operating hours.
